Erlend Oye is one half of the folk duo Kings Of Convenience. Their songs are pretty boring. But then he started his own project Whitest Boy Alive and boring was changed to chill. And then some other guy called Fred Falke remix it. The original is quite old but is one of the better unknown chill albums in the past couple of years.
